Policies & Procedures

On Friday, October 10, 2008, LIAA's Board of Directors formally adopted the UpNorth Media Center's Policies & Procedures, as recommended by the Transitional Citizen Advisory Committee and LIAA's Executive Director. These Policies & Procedures provide guidance on issues such as who can use the UpNorth Media Center's facilities and equipment and some basic content standards.

Operating Rules

The day-to-day rules of operation for the UpNorth Media Center are based on the Policies & Procedures. The Operating Rules help guide the UpNorth Media Center staff in all aspects of public access television, including the specifics concerning loaning equipment, studio use, and other Producer contacts.
