Policies and Procedures
On Friday, October 10, 2008, LIAA's Board of Directors formally adopted Policies & Procedures for Traverse Area Community Media (then called the UpNorth Media Center), as recommended by the Transitional Citizen Advisory Committee and LIAA's Executive Director. These Policies & Procedures provide guidance on issues such as the use of the facilities and equipment and some basic content standards.

Operating Rules
The day-to-day rules of operation for Traverse Area Community Media are based on the Policies & Procedures. The Operating Rules help guide Traverse Area Community Media staff in all aspects of public-access television, including specifics concerning the loaning of equipment, studio use, and other volunteer contacts.
